Meet Our Partners

Paul Saunders is our managing partner and is a native to Cache Valley, living on the south end for the majority of his life. He attended St. Joseph’s College in Indiana as well as Utah State University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Accounting as well as his Master’s in Accounting. He received his CPA license shortly after getting his Master’s. He has owned several businesses in a variety of industries, including retail apparel, real estate development, and commercial real estate. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys one-wheeling on the Riverwalk Trail, coaching his children’s sporting teams, and developing new knowledge. He values integrity, gratitude, and having a forgiving and non-judgmental heart. He will be consistent and has the unique ability to relate to clients and understand their position. He will help you realize your desired outcomes of growth and profitability and help you make them a reality.

Nate Nydegger is from Sandy, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and later earned his Masters of Business Administration from Weber State University. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA). Nate specializes in individual taxation, small business management and tax, accounting/bookkeeping, and the trucking industry. When he isn’t at the office, Nate enjoys spending time with his daughters, reading, puzzles, and all things basketball. Nate can help you minimize tax, efficiently capture and record accounting data and assist you with your small business needs.
